These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and services provided through the online shop meisterchrono.com.
These Terms apply to all contracts between MEISTER CHRONO and consumers, concluded through the online shop. Conflicting or deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing.
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
2.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Complete Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.3. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by email or the goods are shipped.
All prices are stated in Euro (€). Shipping costs will be displayed separately during the order process. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout and is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The goods remain the property of MEISTER CHRONO until payment is made in full.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately.
The statutory warranty rights apply. MEISTER CHRONO is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
Note: Liability for damage caused by improper use, external influences, water or impact damage, as well as by the intervention of unauthorized third parties is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
