You can return your watch within 45 days from the original date of purchase.
Within 60 days from the date of purchase, you may exchange your watch for another model. The same conditions as for returns apply (unused, protective films intact).
We offer a 2-year warranty on all Meister Chrono watches. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or repairs by third parties is excluded.
Please only send returns after consultation with our support team. Use only an insured and trackable shipping method.
Note: The buyer bears the costs and risks of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
